What is your return policy?

Refunds will be applicable for products only.  Shipping fees are non-refundable.  You will be responsible for all shipping fees, both initial and return, so the former will be deducted from you refund.

What are the payment options?

Payment options are very limited.  We accept PayPal, or US, Japanese Bank Wire Transfers.

What is your return policy?

To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be in an unused and in the same condition that you received it.  It must also be in the original packaging.
